Empress Liu (Zhenzong)

Liu E (劉娥) (968–1033) was a Chinese empress consort of the song dynasty, married to Emperor Zhenzong. Formally the Empress Zhangxianmingsu (章獻明肅皇后), she was also the effective regent of China for Emperor Renzong of Song between 1022–1031.
