Founded in April 2011, CDI Cargo Airlines Ltd. (CDI Cargo in short) is a joint venture among Huixiang Industial Investments Ltd. (51%), Delux Wealth Group Ltd. (24%), Asian Win Investments Ltd. (15%) and Caulfield Investments Ltd. (10%). Our company base, with 2 billion yuan of registered capital and 6 billion yuan of total investment, is located at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture international cargo airline that provides civil aviation transportation services.

In April 2011, CDI Cargo acquired the Certificate of Approval for Overseas-funded Enterprises issued by China Ministry of Commerce, followed by the Business Corporation License issued by China Central Industry and Commerce Administration. Our scope of business includes domestic and international airfreight transportation (including perishables and other special cargoes), air express, line maintenance for aircraft and other related and derived services.

CDI Cargo is the first Sino-foreign joint venture and also the first specialized cargo airline in Zhejiang province. Our main business includes transportation of domestic and international airfreight, air express and special cargoes. CDI Cargo is dedicated in establishing itself as a cost-efficient, specialized and globalized airline company by introducing professional elite management teams for daily operation management and learning from advanced management and operation experiences worldwide. While participating and promoting the aviation logistic industry and international trade in Zhejiang Province, it imposes positive influence and significance to the opening-up of the Chinese civil aviation industry.
