Ruili Airlines is a Chinese low-cost airline based at Kunming Changshui International Airport. It provides domestic services to destinations in central and northern China, using Boeing 737 aircraft


History

The airline was established in 2014 and is wholly owned by the Yunnan Jingcheng Group. It received its Air operator's certificate on 22 January 2014.


Fleet

As of January 2015 the airline was operating a fleet of three Boeing 737-700 aircraft and one Boeing 737-800.


The airline received its first 737-700 from Air Berlin (formerly D-ABLF) in January 6, 2014. The first 737-800 was received in 30 March, 2014 and the direct purchase Boeing 737-700 from Boeing was on 25 November 2014. It has orders and commitments for a further 13 Boeing 737 aircraft (7 Boeing 737-700 and 6 Boeing 737 MAX). The airline plans to increase its fleet to 30 Boeing aircraft by 2020.


Destinations

As of January 2015 the airline serves seven domestic routes in China. Its first service, between Kunming and Mang City, was launched on 18 May 2014.
