Hebei Airlines (河北航空有限公司 Héběi Hángkōng Yǒuxiàngōngsī) is a Chinese airline which has its corporate headquarters in the Shijiazhuang World Trade Plaza Hotel (S: 石家庄世贸广场酒店, T: 石家莊世貿廣場酒店, P: Shíjiāzhuāng Shìmào Guǎngchǎng Jiǔdiàn) in Chang'an District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province
Hebei Airlines (formerly Northeast Airlines) was relaunched on 29-Jun-2010 following an agreement between Sichuan Airlines Group and the Hebei Municipal Government to restructure the airline. Hebei Municipal Government will invest in the restructured airline through its investment arm, Hebei Jizhong Energy Group. Sichuan Airlines Group recently invested CNY400 million for a controlling 97% stake in the carrier. Shenyang Zhongrui Investment Co holds the remaining 3% stake in the carrier.
Formerly based at Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, in Liaoning Province in Northeast China and established by Chinese aircraft manufacturer Shenyang Aircraft Corporation and Sichuan Airlines, Hebei Airlines has developed a base at Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province.
History
The airline was formerly known as Northeast Airlines (China); it re-branded itself as Hebei Airlines in 2010. It commenced operation on June 29, 2010.

Destinations
On 29 June 2010, Hebei Airlines began its first operation from Shijiazhuang to Shanghai . The new carrier was formed from the restructured Dongbei Airlines, which was bought out by Sichuan Airlines in June 2010. Sichuan Airlines currently owns a 97% share and Shenyang Zhongrui Investment Co. holds the remaining 3%. Hebei Airlines destinations from Shijiazhuang include Qinhuangdao, Guilin, Shanghai , Chengdu and Hohhot. The fleet of Hebei Airlines consists of one A319 and two ERJ-145s, and is expected to expand to a total of 10 aircraft by the end of the year and to a total of 20 by 2015.
