Qinhuangdao Beidaihe Airport (Chinese: 秦皇岛北戴河机场) is an airport currently under construction in the city of Qinhuangdao , Hebei Province, China. The airport is located in Changli County, 47 kilometers from the city center and 34 kilometers from Beidaihe. It is due to replace the dual-use military and civil Qinhuangdao Shanhaiguan Airport as the main airport serving Qinhuangdao . Construction started in late 2010 with an investment of 850 million yuan and the airport is expected to be open before summer 2013
